Baby leash 孩童背鏈
Ever since Angela started to walk, Mommy has thought to use a baby leash on her for her safety, especially in crowded places. While Angela is still learning walking, she loves to walk freely without holding Daddy's or Mommy's hand. Sometimes, she doesn't like to stay in a stroller and tries to unbuckle herself and to climb out. If Mommy just let her walk, she will take off and get into what she's not supposed to. As such, Mommy and Daddy bought two cute baby leashes for Angela to prevent her from being a free-wandering child.

Angela's one-year old check up
Angela went to see Dr. Wei for her one-year old check up on Dec. 7
. As usual, the nurse measured Angela's length (30 1/
8 inches / 76.5 cm), weight(17lbs 11.5oz/8.04kg) and head circumference (17.5 inches/ 44.5cm), which are in the 75 percentile, 10 percentile and 30 percentile in the growth chart, respectively. While Mommy is concerned about Angela's low weight, Dr. Wei said that he is quite satisfied with Angela's overall growth and development. He thinks Angela is healthy and normal and there is no need to worry about her weight as long as Angela keeps eating and keeps active. Meanwhile, Dr. Wei suggested Mommy wean off nighttime feeding and help Angela sleep through the night from now on. It is not only good to establish Angela's sleeping habit but also prevents her from dental cavities.
At the end, Angela was given three shots, the MMR against mumps, the vaccine against the flu, and the vaccine against the swine flu (H1N1). From the video, you can hear that Angela was crying aloud when the nurse gave her shots. Poor sweetie.

Tirp to San Antonio, TX
Apart from downtown sightseeing, Angela stoped by Seaworld where she encountered many lovely sea animals and saw Shamu and Sea lion shows, penguin and alcids. In Seaworld, Angela also went to the SeaStar theater to see 4D movie: "The Polar Express", the Seaworld special movie during this Christmas season. Though little Angela might not know them at all, she still quite enjoyed seeing the crowd and exploring different things.
