First time cold 第一次感冒

Some statistic report indicates that children under two generally get 10-12 colds a year, especially if they are in daycare. Older children and young adults get about 6 colds per year. After the age of 30 the number starts to decrease to about two per year.
Angela caught a cold the other day. She had a slight fever around 37.5°C (99.5°F) and all symptoms-coughs, sneezing, running nose, and low appetite. Although Angela showed a bit tiredness and sleepiness in last two days, she still was very active and played most of the time when she was awake.
Because it is a mild cold, instead of taking Angela to see a pediatrician, Grandma and Mommy applied physical treatments, such as giving plenty of fluids, warm water bathing, and taking Chinese herbal medicine, to help reduce symptoms . During the cold, Angela stayed at home to take rest and did not went to daycare house. Grandma was busy looking after Angela and hopefully, Angela get well soon.
