Angela was one-month old on her first Christmas day. She received a lot of gifts from her relatives and Daddy's classmates and coworkers. She is so blessed to have best wishes from many people as well.

Gift from Auntie Beverly 嬰兒背巾
Daddy's classmate, Beverly, flew from Washington D.C. to visit Angela, Daddy and Mommy during Christmas. She brought a pouch as a gift for Angela and hope Daddy and Mommy could carry Angela safely.

Feeding and sleep schedule 建立作息時間
Over the past two weeks, baby Angela was a night cryer as well as a day sleeper. For this reason, Mommy was thinking about how to adjust Angela's schedule by setting up feeding timetable. Here were some changes that Mommy had made.
First, woke Angela up at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and fed her fixed amount of 3 ounce (90c.c.)breastmilk every four hours.
Second, tried not to let Angela sleep after 7:00 p.m.
Third, bathed Angela around 9:00 p.m. and thereafter fed as much breastmilk as Angela could eat.
Four, let Angela sleep between Mommy and Daddy and kept her warm during the night.
Hopefully, these could help Angela establish a regular sleep and feeding timetable in few weeks.
