Fighting with playmate. 打架掛彩

Angela got a bruise on her face at daycare place today. She was bit seriously by her playmate because both kids had fought over a toy car according to the daycare provider at the scene. The lady explained that she saw Angela and the other boy playing toys together while she was about going to the bathroom. She was just away for a few minutes and then she heard the kids quarreling and fighting over a toy. She immediately ran out and saw they become two hysterical toddlers, biting each other and crying aloud. Mommy was so sorry to see the little sweetie get hurt like that and hopefully her bruise will disappear soon.

Mosquito Nets 蚊帳

Mosquito nets are a very useful and practical way to prevent insect bites. Last two weeks, Angela did not sleep quite well because mosquitos bit her seriously. In order to prevent her from being attacked, Mommy bought a mosquito net and installed it on the bed.

So far, Mommy is pleased to see Angela sleep peacefully without mosquito noises.

BTW, there is also another advantage to install the net, which is that Angela can not directly crawl onto Mommy's desk from the bed ever since.

Baby leash 孩童背鏈

Ever since Angela started to walk, Mommy has thought to use a baby leash on her for her safety, especially in crowded places. While Angela is still learning walking, she loves to walk freely without holding Daddy's or Mommy's hand. Sometimes, she doesn't like to stay in a stroller and tries to unbuckle herself and to climb out. If Mommy just let her walk, she will take off and get into what she's not supposed to. As such, Mommy and Daddy bought two cute baby leashes for Angela to prevent her from being a free-wandering child.

Angela's Helmet 安全帽

In order to prevent Angela's head from everyday thuds and bumps when she explores on the floor, Daddy bought a Thudguard helmet for Angela a week ago. When Angela tried on the hat, she looks really cute but a bit funny because her head is too small to fit the big hat, which is one size for age between 7-month and two-year old infants. To Mommy's surprise, Angela is very interested in her new gift and instead of wearing it, she plays with it everyday. Hopefully, Angela's head grows bigger in few months and will suit the hat better.
